The New Wave Brasserie & Bar is a small, stylish seafood restaurant in the heart of Lechlade. A recent addition to the Cotswold restaurant scene, we are fast gaining a reputation for our classic seafood dishes, sometimes with a twist, paired with excellent wines and cocktails. We serve only the finest-quality fresh fish and shellfish, mainly from Cornwall, Devon and Scotland, and all our seafood is responsibly sourced.
